1. Pride & Glory was a side project that unfortunately didn’t go forward, only released this album, which is shame because Zakk’s musician skills can be truly showed here. With a variety of styles, you will hear a heavy guitar, a soft piano, a good banjo and others instruments that make a good mix in this amazing southern album.

4. Pride & Glory is Zakk Wylde's southern-rock inspired jam band. Zakk has always had that southern rock n' roll influence in his playing, even when he joined Ozzy. But with this album, all of the southern and country influences are brought out to the max. As stated before, Pride & Glory is a jam band; so the songs are very free-flowing.

Wylde’s guitar still has that Sabbath / Ozzy crunch, but what makes “Pride & Glory” so listenable is the way it is melded to the deeply Southern rock & roll.
